With a team of over 30 skilled professionals, Iceberg operates 24/7 across North America, South America, Europe, and the Caribbean, delivering reliable and innovative systems.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Winter Haven, FL, for a Service Account Specialist at Iceberg Mechanical. The Service Account Specialist will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients to address their needs. Daily tasks include coordinating account activities, quoting repairs, handling customer inquiries, assisting with scheduling and billing, and collaborating with the service and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate and solve problems effectivelyExceptional Communication skills for client interactions and team collaborationExperience in Finance, including billing and account-related tasksProven ability in Customer Service and Account ManagementProficiency in using office software and CRM toolsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyPrior experience in the refrigeration or HVAC industry is a plusAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
