This is a results-driven role — we don't care when or where you work, we care what you close.You'll be identifying home service contractors, getting in front of them by phone, email, or in person, and walking them through why KeeprSteady pays for itself on the first job it books. Optional door-to-door outreach in your local market is encouraged for reps who want to maximize earnings — nothing converts a skeptical plumber faster than a face-to-face demo.Day to day you'll be prospecting and qualifying leads, running product demos, handling objections, closing new accounts, and maintaining your pipeline in CRM. You'll work closely with our marketing and customer success teams and feed real field intel back into the product.What We're Looking ForProven ability to prospect, present, and close — you don't wait for leads to come to youDoor-to-door or direct marketing experience strongly preferredStrong interpersonal skills — you can build genuine rapport with a plumber or HVAC tech as fast as you can with anyone elseAbility to explain a tech product in plain, practical terms — no jargonSelf-motivated, metric-driven, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environmentCRM experience a plusBackground in SaaS, technology, or home services a plusMust be 17 or older — no degree or diploma requiredCompensation 1099 structure — profit sharing and residuals.
