The ideal candidate should have meticulous attention to detail, a necessity to think outside the box, and of course - a passion for the game of Footb - ahem - soccer.Sales CoordinatorLocation: In person - New York, NYWhat You’ll DoProvide general administrative support to SVP, Sales, including managing calendar, assisting with meeting preparations and decks, monitoring email, and following up with clients as needed.Coordinate and book travel arrangements for sales team members, in multiple locations. Support administrative needs for the Men in Blazers sales teamFacilitate sales processes such as PTG and CRM updatesDevelop and maintain relationships with all team members, acting as a go-to person for solving problemsProactively communicate schedule changes with senior leadership Other duties, as assignedWhat You Need1 year of related experience, sales and office support experience preferredHighly organized, confident self starter. The ability to forecast and predict potential disruptions, and to take proactive steps to avoid those disruptions, is criticalAbility to multitask and prioritize items properly, especially in a remote work environmentAbility to book air, train, ground transportation, along with lodging and accommodations in the fieldProficiency in the Google Workspace, Slack, and spreadsheet trackingStrong work ethic, excellent social and interpersonal skills and a proactive problem solverStrong writing and note taking skillsExcellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detailFluency in advertising sales, digital media, and social media platformsEmpathy - Passion - Courage - love of FootballMen In Blazers LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
