Litigation Paralegal

Our client, an Am Law 200 full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Chicago office. This role supports attorneys in a fast-paced commercial litigation environment and offers the opportunity to work on complex matters through all phases of litigation, discovery, and trial preparation.Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with commercial litigation matters from inception through trialDraft routine legal correspondence, pleadings, and litigation-related documentsManage and maintain litigation files and case materialsCollect, organize, review, and summarize records and discovery documentsSupport all phases of discovery, including document production and e-discovery coordinationAssist with trial preparation, exhibit organization, and case managementCoordinate with attorneys, clients, experts, and outside vendors as neededMaintain deadlines and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environmentQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate required3+ years of litigation paralegal experience requiredCommercial litigation experience strongly preferredExperience working with e-discovery software requiredPrior trial preparation experience requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectivelyBenefits:Annual discretionary bonus eligibilityMedical, dental, and vision coverageHSA/FSA optionsShort-term and long-term disability coverageLife insurance401(k)PTO and sick timeParking/public transportation allowanceEmployee assistance programAbout the Opportunity:This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and growth-oriented legal team that handles sophisticated litigation matters in a professional, team-driven environment.
