Social Media Manager and Content Creator
Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and implementing marketing strategies to increase audience engagement and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management, with proficiency in various design and analytics tools.
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll help bring our brand to life online:
Create and post engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, before-and-afters, treatment days, behind-the-scenes)
Develop content ideas that align with current trends while keeping a luxury brand feel
Write captions that are engaging, informative, and on-brand
Schedule posts and maintain a consistent posting calendar
Monitor comments and messages and flag important inquiries to the office team
Track engagement and growth and suggest ideas to improve performance
Assist with promoting specials, events, and new treatments
What We’re Looking For
Experience managing social media is strongly preferred
Experience in aesthetics, beauty, skincare, or medical practices is a big plus, but we are open to reviewing strong creative portfolios from other industries
Comfortable filming and editing video content on a phone or camera
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends
Eye for aesthetics, beauty, and luxury branding
Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Reliable, organized, and able to meet posting deadlines
Schedule
Part-time (approx. 10–20 hours per week)
Some in-office content days required for filming
Flexible schedule otherwise, as long as deadlines are met
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
