Social Media and Influencer Manager

OverviewSquishface is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media & Influencer Manager to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our marketing initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of various campaigns across social media channels. This role will support broader marketing initiatives, including organic social media posting and coordination with our internal and external teams to achieve marketing goals. In addition, this role is also responsible for managing and growing our influencer partnerships.ResponsibilitiesContent Creation and Posting (70%)Create and schedule organic social media posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. (static images, short-form and vertical videos, etc)Ensure brand voice and aesthetic are maintained across all channels.Communicate project needs, timelines, and deliverables clearly to internal teams and contractors.Assist with maintaining marketing calendars and campaign timelines.Help with light copywriting, editing, or creative direction as neededInfluencer & Affiliate Collaboration (30%)Identify, vet, and recruit new influencers aligned with our brand.Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with current influencer partners.Negotiate collaboration terms and deliverables.Track influencer campaigns to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.Collect, review, and manage user-generated content for marketing use.Report on influencer performance, ROI, and engagement metrics.Collaborate with influencers to brainstorm creative campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences.QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, influencer management, social media, or a related field.Must have at least an associates degreeMUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN THE GREATER LAS VEGAS/HENDERSON AREAStrong understanding of current social media algorithms and influencer marketing best practices.Must have examples of prior posts/content available when requestedExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.Data-driven mindset, comfortable tracking performance metrics.Creative thinker who can contribute new ideas for campaigns and collaborations.** No freelancers or agencies** This is a paid full-time internal position only.
