SummaryReporting to the Group President, the Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and maintain the company’s brand identity while and for driving measurable marketing outcomes, with a strong focus on lead generation, campaign performance, and contribution to pipeline growthDirect ReportsMarketing Coordinator Key Responsibilities & DutiesDevelops and executes a content strategy that aligns with our brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectivesOwn and execute lead generation activities, ensuring content and campaigns drive measurable engagement and pipeline growthManage external marketing agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and commercial objectivesCreate engaging, high-quality written content for multiple platforms, including website, social media, campaigns, and marketing materialOversee SEO strategy and website optimization to increase organic traffic and conversionsDesigns visually appealing graphics and assets to accompany written content, including social media posts, infographics, and illustrations etc.Manage and optimize content across digital platforms, ensuring consistency, quality, and effectivenessManages content calendars, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely and consistent delivery of contentOwn execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and website initiativesConducts research and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content creation strategiesTrack and report content performance using analytics tools and making data-driven decisions to optimize content effectiveness and improve performanceWork closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, engineering) to develop accurate and relevant content.Own and manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, campaign performance, and pipeline visibilityPerforms other duties outside their scope of work as assigned and requiredQualifications & CompentenciesAssociate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design or a related field (or equivalent experience)3–5 years’ proven experience in marketing, including content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing, ideally within a B2B or technical environment Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platformsProficiency in content creation tools and platforms, such as content management systems, graphic design software, and social media scheduling toolsStrong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO best practices, and content analyticsBasic graphic design skills with knowledge of visual composition, typography, and image editingExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independentlyCreative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and exploring innovative content formatsProactive, hands-on approach with a focus on execution and continuous improvementCRM management experience Must be able to read, write and speak/understand English fluentlyWork Environment & Physical RequirementsThis role is conducted in an office environment requiring some or all the following:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or workstationRepetitive hand and arm movements Occasional lifting to 50lbs may be requiredFrequent reaching, grasping, pushing or pulling, bending or twisting motionsWalking short distances and standing for meetings or other office activities
