Office Manager
Office ManagerReporting to the Assistant Building Director, the Office Manager is responsible for bookkeeping, including petty cash, check requisitions, and billing for The Times Square. Responsibilities also include scheduling, taking meeting notes, maintaining filing systems, writing correspondence, maintaining tenant data/databases, and other office support functions. The Office Manager is an important point of contact for residents.This position has a 35-hour work week, onsite.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the officeDirect and answer tenant questionsManage and track accounts payablePrepare and track requisition and payment vouchersMaintain efficient and highly organized filing systems for tenant informationAssist in the upkeep of online records and database systemsMaintain and track the use of petty cashManage office suppliesAssist with the coordination and set up of tenant and staff eventsAssist with the building's annual recertification processPerform other related duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Two years of experience in administrative support or related positionHigh School diploma, GED, or equivalentAbility to work with a diverse, special needs populationAbility to handle high priority tasks simultaneouslySuperior organizational and interpersonal skillsComputer proficient, experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access
