Our client a well known Financial Services Company is seeking an Office Manager in their New York New York Location!Key Responsibilities• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment• Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and company events• Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital)• Support senior management with administrative tasks and reporting• Assist with onboarding of new employees and general HR coordination• Monitor office budget and track expensesKey Requirements• Proven experience in office management or administrative roles• Strong organizational and multitasking skills• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills• Basic knowledge of budgeting and vendor management
