You will be responsible for assessment and administration of infusion therapy treatments for our on-site patients. Part time available with potential for Full time employment. Responsibilities:Safely and accurately prepare IV therapies per office documented protocols.Insert, monitor and remove IV catheter per established protocolPerform venipuncture, properly complete required paperwork, and prepare blood samples for laboratory pickupAccess ports and PICC lines as needed per established protocol.Maintain a positive, engaging attitude with clients and staffWork in and maintain a clean environmentMonitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behaviorCommunicate with collaborating physicians, specialist and fellow staff regarding patient careEducate patients about health maintenance and disease preventionFacilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilitiesMaintain accurate patient medical recordsAbility to handle multiple clients at once and to work well under pressureProvide information and emotional support to patients and their family members Qualifications:Previous experience in nursing or other medical fieldsGeneral familiarity with medical software and equipmentPrevious LPN IV experienceCurrent IV certificationAbility to build rapport with patientsStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentCPR CertificationCompany DescriptionTransform Your Health is an integrative medical practice dedicated to helping patients reclaim wellness, vitality, and longevity through personalized, root-cause care.
