This role involves interacting with customers, maintaining a clean and orderly facility, and processing laundry orders with care and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with machine usage or service inquiriesReceive, label, and log incoming wash-and-fold laundry ordersSort, wash, dry, fold, and package laundry according to customer preferences and instructionsMaintain cleanliness of the facility, including machines, floors, folding tables, and restroomsMonitor machine operation; report any issues or needed maintenanceEnsure wash-and-fold turnaround times are met consistentlyRestock supplies (soap, dryer sheets, bags, etc.) and notify management when lowHandle minor customer complaints or refer to management if neededOpen and/or close the facility as scheduledBenefits Overview:Medical and Prescription Drug Coverage: Three comprehensive plan options (Buy-up, Base, and High Deductible) through UnitedHealthcare's Choice Plus network, covering various deductibles and out-of-pocket limits.
