Coordinate nutritional care of residents and patients by completing nutritional assessments2. Participate in care planning meetings as required3. Provide nutritional counseling and education for residents and family4. Meet DOH/state/federal and company standards 5. Perform duties independently without training or directionPosition Requirements:Must possess Registered Dietician licensure within the state of operationsHigh comfort level with enteral nutritionAt least one year of experience in a long-term care settingExperience with MDS 3.0Strong oral and written communication skillsExperience with electronic charting and the Nutrition Care Process preferredFamiliarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations
