Position SummaryThe Team Lead is responsible for supporting the process and the people in their assigned work function or work cell. QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED preferred Demonstrated knowledge and experience in people leadership2+ years manufacturing experience preferredDemonstrated understanding of lean principles strongly preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and an ERP system strongly preferredAbility to lift up to 50 Lbs.This position description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. T he posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs. .In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
