Job Description POSITION SUMMARYO’Brien‑Staley Partners (OSP) is seeking a Recruiter to support hiring across our affiliated businesses. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and the HR team to attract, engage, and hire top talent across a range of positions. You will lead the full recruiting lifecycle, including role scoping, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding support. This role is critical to ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to the continued growth of our organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead full‑cycle recruiting, including job scoping, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer managementDevelop job descriptions and create effective sourcing strategiesBuild strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance on talent markets and recruiting best practicesMaintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experienceMonitor industry trends and bring forward creative strategies to source top talentReport on recruiting metrics and use data to guide future hiring strategiesManage relationships with external search agencies and contractorsSupport campus recruiting efforts, including relationship building and brand visibilityConduct 30‑, 60‑, and 90‑day check‑ins with new hiresParticipate in HR initiatives and projects as neededPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS3-5 years of full cycle recruiting, Human Resources, or equivalent experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experiencePrior agency/third party recruitment experience (preferred)Strong ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Effective consultation and negotiation abilities Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and problem‑solving skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines Proficient at building relationships and networks across all levels of the organizationAbility to travel up to 10% as neededPERSONAL CHARACTERISTICSThere are certain key competencies that OSP believes are vital to the success of this role, which include:Self‑starter: Able to work independently while collaborating and influence effectively across teams Business agility: Quickly understand business strategies and objectivesEntrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable building new capabilities, driving change, and inspiring others Influential communicator: Skilled at networking, relationship‑building, and gaining buy‑in Organized and results‑oriented: Makes thoughtful, data‑driven decisions that balance short and long‑term needs High integrity: Demonstrates sound judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism Commitment to long‑term success: Values stability and seeks to contribute to a growing, mission‑driven organizationCOMPENSATIONO’Brien-Staley Partners compensation is comprised of a base salary and bonus, with the variable pay typically being a material proportion of total compensation.
