This individual will be able to make a mark on the organization as a leader, while working on state-of-the-art products.What You’ll Work OnFront line engineer supporting operations teamIndividual should:Be innovative, resourceful, and work with minimal directionHave excellent organization, problem solving, communication, and team leadership skillsWork effectively with cross-functional teamsManage projects which include new production equipment, process improvements and cost reductions while supporting manufacturing processes. Collaborate with peer engineers and technicians. Additional responsibilities include:Conduct Process FMEAs and Process ValidationsImprove product quality, labor efficiency, and throughput using Lean manufacturing conceptsCoordinate the design, procurement, build and debug of tooling, machinery and test equipmentPartners closely with Quality, Product Development, Supply Chain and R&D Teams. Required QualificationsMechanical, Chemical, Biomedical or any engineering or technical degree.0-3 years manufacturing engineering experience. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
