The Office Manager & Accounting Coordinator role serves as the operational hub of our office. This position ensures our workplace runs smoothly day-to-day while supporting specific core accounting functions across multiple divisions. The role begins with foundational administrative and accounting responsibilities and expands as proficiency, accuracy, and initiative are demonstrated. Schedule & Work Environment
Monday–Friday: In office, 9-5
Primary workstation: Front desk / main office area
This is an in-person role requiring consistent presence, reliability, and responsiveness. The position interacts daily with employees, vendors, clients, and visitors and plays a key role in maintaining a professional, welcoming office environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Office Operations
Manage front desk and serve as first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of common office areas
Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
Monitor office supply levels and place supply orders as needed
Assist with scheduling, filing, and general administrative coordination
Support internal team members with operational needs as they arise
Accounting Support
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes across divisions
Enter and maintain accurate financial data in accounting systems
Reconcile bank accounts to accounting software transactions
Create and track vendor payments and maintain supporting records
Support property and project financial tracking
Responsibilities will expand as competency, accuracy, and reliability are demonstrated

Education & Experience
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
1+ years of administrative, bookkeeping, or office support experience preferred
Basic understanding of accounting principles a plus
Experience in real estate, property management, or construction environments a plus
Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
Experience with AppFolio Property Manager a plus
Compensation & Growth
This is a full-time position with compensation based on experience and qualifications.
