Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Accountant for a rapidly expanding manufacturing company based in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate is a motivated achiever ready to transition into management and make an immediate impact.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting functions, to include reviewing general ledger entries and balance sheet reconciliationsLead and guide accounting team members, offering support and conducting performance reviewsOversee the smooth and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closeContribute to the creation and review of financial reports and statementsCollaborate in coordinating internal and external audit processesHelp develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and regulatory complianceRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA certification (preferred)3-5 years of accounting experienceIn-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
