Job Purpose The Sr. Product Manager - Chemistry / Physics at FLINN SCIENTIFIC INC will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of product development within the Chemistry and Physics domains. This role requires a deep understanding of scientific principles and market trends to innovate and enhance product offerings, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals.Key Responsibilities Lead the development and management of product roadmaps for Chemistry and Physics, aligning with business objectives and market demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new product development and improvement of existing products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educators and industry experts, to gather insights and feedback for product innovation. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and achieve business targets. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the product development process. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.QualificationsRequired Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, or a related scientific field. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.Required Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, specifically within the scientific or educational products industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in the chemistry or physics domain. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to drive product development and market strategy.
