The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring the highest quality of food presentation. Duties also include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations, assisting with food prep duties, and collaborating with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Qualifications Proficiency in food preparation techniques, knife handling, and cooking methodsKnowledge of food safety standards, kitchen hygiene, and sanitation practicesExperience working collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environmentAbility to follow recipes and instructions while maintaining consistency in food qualityStrong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectivelyPrevious experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is preferred but not requiredFlexible availability, including weekends and eveningsCertification in culinary arts or training is an advantage but not required
