Job Title: On-Site Manager (Full-Time)Location: 55+ Mobile Home CommunityEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable On-Site Manager to help run the daily operations of a 200 space, 55+ mobile home community in North Phoenix. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with residents, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of a residential community. The Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and will manage administrative tasks, community oversight, and basic property management duties.Key ResponsibilitiesManage office operations including organizing administrative systems, maintaining resident files, performing clerical and bookkeeping tasks, completing data entry, assisting with marketing and mobile home sales, and performing other assigned administrative duties as neededServe as the main point of contact for residents and prospective residentsAssist with leasing and onboarding of new residents, including applications and paperworkEnforce community rules and ensure compliance with 55+ housing requirementsCoordinate maintenance requests and follow up on completionConduct regular inspections of community grounds and common areasAssist with rent collection and record keepingCommunicate with property ownership/management regarding community needs and updatesAddress resident concerns in a professional and respectful mannerHelp maintain a safe, clean, and friendly community environmentRequired Qualifications· Looking for self-motivated organized person willing to work until the job is doneStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong conflict resolution and problem-solving skillsOrganized with attention to detail and the ability to multitaskComputer literate & experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher) required and Rent Manager software experience a plusProfessional, dependable, and able to work independentlyAbility to maintain a positive and respectful relationship with residents in a 55+ communityValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to keep information confidentialEnsure phones are answered and resident calls are addressed 24 hours a day, as this is a senior, owner-occupied community that requires reliable and responsive communicationCandidate will also be responsible for alternating weeks, evenings and weekends answering phones, showing homes for sale, unlocking and locking clubhouse each day before and after office hoursPreferred Skills / QualificationsPrevious property management or mobile home park management experienceMobile home sales experience a plusExperience working in a 55+ or senior living communityFamiliarity with leasing, rent collection, and tenant relationsExperience coordinating with maintenance vendors or property repairsKnowledge of fair housing laws and community compliance requirementsExperience using property management database software a plus (Rent Manager Software)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceOn-site housing allowance & some paid utilitiesPaid time offSick LeaveOpportunity for long-term employment and growthIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is friendly, responsible, and community-minded, with the ability to balance administrative responsibilities while maintaining positive relationships with residents.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit a resume and a brief summary of relevant experience.
