Lead meetings working with the business & technical teams to clarify functional requirements for the ServiceNow platform.3. Weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to 7-Eleven leadership.4. Run daily Scrum for the ServiceNow team.5. Test system functionality prior to release into production.6.
