Capable of collaborating effectively with teams located offshore.Job Description/ Responsibilities1. Document detailed functional & data business requirements for the ServiceNow platform.2. Lead meetings working with the business & technical teams to clarify functional requirements for the ServiceNow platform.3. Weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to 7-Eleven leadership.4. Run daily Scrum for the ServiceNow team.5. Test system functionality prior to release into production.6.
