We are currently looking for a proven, dynamic and results-driven Carrier Sales Specialist.JOB OVERVIEW: Our Carrier Sales Specialist will play a critical role in growing and supporting the Auto Hauler Exchange carrier network across the United States. This role is responsible for recruiting and onboarding qualified carriers onto the platform, educating them on the benefits and functionality of the platform, and building long-term relationships that drive ongoing engagement and load activity. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Prospect, recruit, and onboard new carriers nationwide to join the Auto Hauler Exchange platform.Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers through phone calls, email outreach, and follow-up communications.Guide carriers through the onboarding and approval process, including collecting required documentation and ensuring compliance standards are met.Educate carriers on platform features, benefits, and best practices to maximize usage and efficiency.Monitor carrier activity and proactively engage approved carriers who are inactive or underutilizing the platform.Work to increase carrier participation, load acceptance, and overall engagement on the platform.Collaborate with internal operations and customer success teams to resolve carrier questions and improve the onboarding experience.Maintain accurate records of carrier interactions, onboarding progress, and activity updates within company systems.Identify opportunities to improve carrier recruitment strategies, onboarding workflows, and retention efforts.Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and carrier needs to support business growth initiatives. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:2+ years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, carrier sales, transportation, or customer success preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Experience working in transportation management systems (TMS), logistics platforms, or CRM systems is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting proactive outreach to carriers. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
