This commitment has earned the trust and confidence of its global clientele.Role DescriptionThis full-time Sales Position is an on-site role based in Rochester Hills, MI. The primary responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and understanding customer needs to recommend appropriate adhesive solutions. The Sales Person will prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate and close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction, stay informed about industry trends, and represent the company's commitment to quality and innovation.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targetsCustomer relationship management and account management experienceExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge of adhesives, industrial applications, or technical products is a plusProficiency with CRM software and other sales-related toolsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentSelf-motivated with strong problem-solving and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Previous experience in sales within manufacturing or a related industry is preferred
