Data Analyst/PowerBI Engineer

ProArch is looking for a talented Data Analyst/PowerBI Engineer who will play a crucial role in analyzing data and generating actionable insights for our clients. In this position, you will leverage your expertise in Power BI and data analysis techniques to transform complex data into clear and compelling visualizations and reports. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and provide solutions that support informed decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Fabric workspacesConduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutionsEnsure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality control processesAssist in presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders through effective storytellingStay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and Power BIRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics)Proven experience in data analysis and visualization, with a strong focus on Power BIStrong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulationExperience with data modeling and ETL processesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis toolsA proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learningBenefitsNA
