Job Description Reprieve Recovery Center | PHP • IOP • OPSalary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Full BenefitsAt Reprieve Recovery Center, we're more than a treatment program, we're a team dedicated to helping individuals rebuild their lives through compassionate, evidence-based care. We specialize in treating substance use and co-occurring disorders in a structured outpatient setting, grounded in a 12-Step, abstinence-based model.We're currently looking for a Primary Therapist who is passionate about making a real impact and thrives in a collaborative, supportive clinical environment.Why Join Reprieve? Supportive, team-oriented culture (you're never on your own here) Manageable caseload with strong clinical oversight Opportunities for professional growth and development Work that is meaningful, impactful, and purpose-driven Leadership that values clinician input and autonomy What You'll Do Provide individual therapy sessions to a consistent caseload Guide clients through recovery using evidence-based practices and 12-Step principles Support clients in addressing behavioral challenges in real time Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in weekly case reviews Facilitate engaging group and psychoeducational sessions Communicate with families to provide updates and support healthy boundaries Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in KIPU (we'll support you in learning this if needed) What We're Looking For Licensed clinician: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT Experience working with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders (1+ year preferred) Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills Comfortable working within a structured, abstinence-based model Team player who values collaboration and accountability Schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Occasional evening group coverage (Mon/Wed/Thu – scheduled in advance) Benefits 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off + parental leave Life insurance Flexible scheduling options Ongoing professional development support Education Master's degree required Make a DifferenceIf you're looking for a role where your work truly changes lives and where you're supported as a clinician, we'd love to connect.Apply today and join a team that's redefining recovery care.
