St. Luke's Health System in Idaho seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our collegial, multi-disciplinary team of dedicated and compassionate primary care providers in Fruitland, ID. Our team sees people of all ages, through all phases of life, whether you need preventive care or treatment for a specific condition or illness. We promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a personal physician coordinating care for both wellness and illnessWe offer high quality healthcare services with a focus on family medicine (care for all ages). We diagnose and treat most medical issues, and can coordinate your care when you need a referral to a specialist. Our services include management of acute health issues such as bladder or respiratory infections, abdominal or back pain, cuts, and sprains; chronic health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, depression, and high cholesterol; and preventive care including birth control, pap smears, immunizations, diabetes education, and coordination of appropriate screening tests.
