Tail)Health/Dental/VisionRetirement (403b)Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 650+ provider multispecialty group practice seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP or PA) to work full-time at its Fruitland clinic.Saint Alphonsus Medical Group Fruitland is a busy, well-established practice in a growing part of the community. SAMG Fruitland has providers dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of family practice patients in a rural health setting. The clinic is co-located with Urgent Care and has x-ray and phlebotomy on site. A robust Hospitalist program covers inpatient patient need, so inpatient medicine is limited. The clinic utilizes the Epic for Electronic Medical Record and Computerized Order Entry, so experience with EMR is highly encouraged.Support: Larger system resources. On-site specialties include orthopedics, podiatry, physical therapy, occupational medicine, and bariatric surgery.Requirements:Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant medical license in Idaho and Oregon; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho and Oregon; Board of Pharmacy and DEA.A strong medical background and a desire to support an established practice in a growing multi-specialty medical group.Community: Located across from each other on the Snake River, where it forms the Idaho-Oregon border, Ontario, Oregon and Fruitland, Idaho serves as the retail, service, and medical center for 70,000 people within a 20-mile radius.
