Job Description Position OverviewWe are seeking skilled Electricians with 4-5 years of experience for a direct hire position in DFW area. Candidates must be proficient in core electrical installation tasks including conduit, terminations, and job site safety. Will be working 40-60hrs a week.Pay $21.54/hr- $23.58/hrResponsibilitiesInstall, bend, and run EMT, rigid, and PVC conduitPerform wire pulls, terminations, and panel workRead and interpret blueprints and electrical drawingsInstall lighting systems, cable tray, and electrical componentsMaintain compliance with NEC code and job site safety standardsWork efficiently with a crew to meet production deadlinesCW4 Requirements2-4 years of electrical experience (commercial preferred)Ability to run conduit with minimal supervisionBasic understanding of prints and layoutCW5 Requirements4+ years of electrical experienceStrong ability to work independentlyProficient in terminations, gear work, and troubleshootingAbility to lead small crews or work without supervisionSolid blueprint reading and layout skillsOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferredReliable transportationAbility to pass background check, E-Verify, and drug screeningMust have own basic hand toolsCompany DescriptionAt Finish Line Staffing, we connect skilled trades professionals with quality projects and competitive pay.
