Role Description This is a full-time, Residential service yexh position, You will be required to troubleshoot and diagnose issues in homes, Offering options on repairs or replacements. This position pays 20-25% commision on sales generated by service technician. Salaries will exceed $80k Qualifications Proficiency in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair techniquesThorough understanding of electrical codes, diagrams, and blueprintsAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairsExperience in working with residential, commercial, or industrial electrical systemsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environmentValid Electrical Journeyman License for the state of TexasCommitment to following safety guidelines and protocolsWillingness to mentor and train electrical apprenticesPhysical ability to perform tasks that require bending, climbing, and lifting
