Attorney Position Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is a national law firm that provides full-service creditors' rights and real estate legal services at both the state and federal level in 19 states. Our firm is seeking an experienced attorney to assist with litigation for its high-volume foreclosure practice. The position requires client contact and a high-volume workload. License to practice law in South Carolina required.Specific Job Responsibilities:Assisting with the firm's foreclosure and litigation departmentsMaintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followedMonitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolutionRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Detailed knowledge of law and experience related to creditors' rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation)Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure mattersKnowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutesSouth Carolina barred for at least 5 years2 years' plus experience in Creditors' Rights2 years' plus litigation experienceExercise a high-degree of professionalismCreative problem solving; client development; leadership and motivational skillsIntermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skillsAbility to effectively communicate verbally and through written and electronic correspondenceRequired Education and Training:Bachelor's Degree requiredJ.D. from an accredited law schoolMembership in the South Carolina Bar
