A company is looking for an Associate Vice President, Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide senior legal advisory support across various business teams and manage outside counsel relationships Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex agreements and implement standardized legal processes Advise on regulatory and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulationsRequired QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active bar admission in good standing Minimum of 5 years of progressive transactional legal experience, preferably in both law firm and in-house settings Demonstrated experience in negotiating high-value, strategic transactions Strong background in commercial contract drafting within the media, entertainment, and technology sectors
