Local Pay: $23to $26 /Hr Travel Pay: $26 to $29 Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. Duties Assist registered nurses with the implementation of care plans tailored to individual patient needs Support patients with daily activities such as mobility, personal hygiene, and nutrition Monitor and record vital signs accurately and report any changes to the nursing team Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment in accordance with health and safety regulations Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure clear understanding of care requirements Utilise IT systems to update patient records and document care activities efficiently Contribute to the overall well-being of patients by providing emotional support and companionship Experience Previous experience in a healthcare setting or caring role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates Knowledge of nursing procedures, care plans, and healthcare protocols is desirable Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with patients and team members Proficiency in IT systems used within healthcare environments is preferred Organisational skills are important for managing multiple tasks efficiently and maintaining accurate records This role is ideal for motivated individuals committed to delivering compassionate patient care while developing their professional expertise within a dynamic healthcare environment.
