Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yrNaviron is pleased to partner with a growing SaaS company with an all-in-one platform that helps non‑profits manage their websites, memberships, events, finance, and marketing in one place.They’re looking for a Website Implementation/Onboarding Specialistto own the end-to-end onboarding and launch process for new clients. This is a hands‑on, execution‑heavy role for someone who has personally launched websites, managed multiple projects at once, and thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.This is a remote role, but candidates must be located in either Central or Eastern time zone.What You’ll Do:Own the full website launch lifecycle, from kickoff through go‑live, including build, QA, and launch readinessImplement SEO best practices, write and optimize content, and ensure proper site structure and internal linkingSet up and configure digital marketing tools such as Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, and related platformsManage 15–20 active client projects at a time while consistently hitting launch deadlinesServe as the primary point of contact during onboarding, driving timelines and holding clients accountableTroubleshoot technical issues related to websites, domains, and performanceMaintain accurate project documentation and updates across internal systemsIdentify process improvements that increase efficiency and improve the client experienceWhat You Have:2-4+ years of experience in website development, SEO, digital marketing, or web implementation rolesHands‑on experience launching websites (WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Duda, or similar platforms)Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and how content, structure, and linking impact performanceComfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline‑driven environmentStrong client communication skills with the ability to push projects forwardHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning work end to endAgency or high‑volume client delivery experience is a strong plusCompensation:Full benefits & 401kSeniority level AssociateEmployment type Full‑timeJob function Project ManagementIndustries Software Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
