Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with a proven ability to deliver medium- to large-scale, complex initiatives across multiple workstreams and platforms. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving projects from concept through implementation and transition to business-as-usual, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, timelines, and governance standards. You will be skilled in risk management, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration, with a strong focus on fostering cross-functional partnerships across Product, Technology, and Business teams.General Responsibilities:Work on medium to large-scale complex, cross-workstream and platform projects that have a direct impact on the companyDrive cross projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and governance materials are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed; manage complex up and downstream project impacts.Plan, document, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery. This activity includes management through design, planning, testing, implementation, and transfer to business as usual.Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentationPartner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project deliveryForge relationships with Product, Tech, Business Analyst, Process, and other key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments and alignment through launchLead and manage meetings; document progress and report to stakeholders on project statusIdentify ways to improve and streamline process and collaboration across workstreamsThe ideal candidate will:Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the workDemonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomesDemonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demandsDisplay strong consulting and collaboration skillsQualifications:Bachelor's DegreeAt least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering, or interacting with internal business clientsAt least 3 years of Project Management, Process Management or Relationship Management experience5+ years of experience in Project Management, Process Management or Relationship Management (Preferred)Process or Project Management certification (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, PMP), Business Management certificationStrong problem solving and influencing skillsWork experience achieving results with complex projectsProficient in end-to-end project management deliveryStrong communication and collaboration skillsDexian is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status.
