This contract opportunity offers a chance to work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.Your expertise in psychological assessment and intervention will contribute to creating inclusive learning settings and promoting student well-being.Qualifications and Experience:Current certification or licensure as a School PsychologistMaster's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related fieldExperience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and providing direct services to studentsFamiliarity with Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS)Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with staff, families, and studentsAbility to provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral supportKnowledge of IEP development and participation in student support meetings Key Responsibilities:Administer psychological assessments to students and interpret findings for educational planningConsult with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop strategies addressing academic and behavioral challengesParticipate in team meetings to collaborate on student evaluation and placementProvide short-term individual or group counseling to support students' emotional and behavioral needsAssist in implementing school-wide programs that foster a positive learning environmentMaintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and state policiesThis position offers the opportunity to build meaningful connections within the school community, contribute your expertise to foster student success, and enjoy the flexibility of a contract role.
