Social Media & Content Manager

We are building with fully integrated 3D digital twins, highly coordinated project delivery, and innovative construction methods to create better homes more efficiently.This is an opportunity to join early and help build a company that is redefining residential development and reconstruction in Los Angeles.As our Social Media & Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence and storytelling across digital platforms, connecting our mission with homeowners and the broader community.Key responsibilities include:Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platformsCreate, produce, and schedule daily content — including job-site photography, video walkthroughs, design reveals, time-lapses, and behind-the-scenes storytellingCollaborate closely with our architecture, design, and construction teams to translate technical milestones into engaging, accessible narrativesManage and grow our community of followers, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions with a consistent, on-brand voiceBuild and maintain an editorial content calendar aligned with project milestones, company announcements, and industry momentsTrack and report on performance analytics (reach, engagement, follower growth, lead attribution) and continuously optimize based on dataIdentify and develop relationships with local influencers, media outlets, and brand partners relevant to construction, architecture, and home designSupport recruiting and employer brand efforts by showcasing our team, culture, and innovative approach to buildingStay ahead of social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices in the construction and real estate spaceOversee paid social campaigns in coordination with any external marketing or agency partnersCollaborate with business development and project stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and approval workflowsRequirementsRequired Qualifications:3-7 years of social media management experience2+ years of social media or marketing experience within the construction industryHands-on experience managing brand social accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTubeProficiency with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, and Final Cut ProExperience managing paid social ads alongside organic contentAbility to produce weekly social media KPI and performance reportsExperience working with content approval workflows and collaborating with business development stakeholdersExisting network within LA's architecture, design, or real estate communitiesEnglish proficiency and authorization to work in the United StatesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or CommunicationsFamiliarity with 3D rendering, digital twins, or construction tech (Revit, BIM workflows, etc.)Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative SuitePhotography skills with a quality camera setup (DSLR or mirrorless)BenefitsSalary: $75,000 - $95,000 depending on experienceOpportunity to shape the brand identity and social presence of a company from the ground up!Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Retirement plan optionsPrimarily in-office role with flexibility (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)
