Join us as we continue to fight for workplace fairness and justice.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Attorney to join our team with a focused role in reviewing demands, negotiating settlement agreements, and overseeing client disengagement. This position is ideal for someone who excels in written advocacy, negotiation, and ensuring the accuracy and professionalism of client communications. Training will be provided to help the right candidate become confident in our processes, negotiation style, and firm standards, making this a great opportunity for newer attorneys or those looking to develop their transactional skills.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and proofread demand letters for accuracy, clarity, and legal soundness.Evaluate settlement demands and develop negotiation strategies.Negotiate settlement agreements with insurers, opposing counsel, and third parties.Conduct disengagement reviews to ensure compliance with firm standards and client expectations.Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and attorneys to support efficient case resolution.QualificationsActive member in good standing with the California State Bar.Strong legal writing, editing, and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Experience in settlement negotiations or demand review preferred, but not required; training will be provided.Schedule & Location8-hour shiftMonday to FridayIn-person role based in Glendale, CAMust be able to commute or relocate before startingCompensation & BenefitsAnnual salary range: $80,000 - $100,000Health, dental, and vision insurance.401 (k) retirement planPaid time off and holidays.Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and attorney developmentIf you are a motivated attorney who thrives on precision, we’d love to hear from you.
