If selected, the candidate will be hired by and work for FulFive, LLC.Role DescriptionThis full-time Contract Attorney role is an on-site position based in Los Angeles, CA. The Contract Attorney will focus on providing legal guidance, drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role also involves advising on negotiation strategies and collaborating with stakeholders to address legal matters related to production services, intellectual property, and other operational issues. The attorney will work closely with internal teams to manage complex legal tasks and support the execution of large-scale events.QualificationsExpertise in Law and Labor and Employment Law with a strong grasp of relevant legislation and regulations.Experience in providing Legal Advice and managing contracts with accuracy and efficiency.Proven ability to perform detailed legal Research and prepare comprehensive, accurate reports and documentation.Strong Negotiation skills, with the ability to mediate and advocate effectively in various scenarios.Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the California State Bar.Experience with legal issues in entertainment, event production, labor unions and procurement is highly preferred.Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
