A Shift Manager directly reports to their General Manager and is responsible for making sure the restaurant meets our standards for excellence in the areas of Safety, Quality, Friendly and Fast.The Shift Manager is responsible for restaurant performance by leading crew teams to provide an outstanding guest experience. Therefore, a Shift Manager must take measures to ensure all safety, security, quality, and cleanliness are met throughout their shifts. The Shift Manager also empowers their teams to produce results with an emphasis on a "we care" culture. This means helping the team follow our culture, set goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their results and achieve their goals.
