Position: Technical Project ManagerLocation: Jersey City, New JerseyDuration: ContractJob ID: 175452Job Overview: The Technical Project Manager will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This position requires a deep understanding of business analysis methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Must Have: Technical PM, Strong Data Analysis, Remediation, Excel and PowerPoint, SDLC Nice to Have: Data Center experience/ Financial analysisResponsibilities:Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs. Develop detailed functional specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates. Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Conduct testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an advanced capacity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
