Our client, a Vault 30 law firm consistently recognized among the top firms for associate satisfaction and professional development, is seeking a Capital Markets Associate to join its New York office.The Capital Markets group is looking for an associate with 3–5 years of experience advising issuers, underwriters, sponsors, and financial institutions on a broad range of sophisticated capital markets transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience handling both registered and unregistered debt and equity offerings, as well as liability management transactions.This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded practice known for its collaborative culture, strong mentorship, and market-leading work across complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Candidates should possess excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills, along with experience managing key components of transactions in a fast-paced environment.You must have prior peer firm experience, graduated from top law school, and have admission to practice in New York.
