NY Capital Markets Mid-Level Associate

Paul Hastings' Securities & Capital Markets team is seeking a Mid-Level Associate with at least three to five years of experience for our premier global practice. Candidates must have significant experience advising issuers and underwriters in connection with equity and debt capital markets transactions, including IPOs, and counseling public companies on SEC reporting, financings, and general corporate matters.Great opportunity to join a strong platform which has experienced significant growth over the last five years and is a strategic priority of the Firm.
