With a deep understanding of the communities we serve, we strive to provide superior home care services with exceptional customer service.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language disorders in clients.Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address speech and language needs.Provide individualized therapy sessions to improve communication skills and swallowing abilities.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists and nurses, to provide holistic care for clients.Monitor and document progress and outcomes of therapy sessions.Educate clients and their families on strategies to enhance communication and maintain progress.Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of speech and language pathology and implement evidence-based practices in therapy sessions.RequirementsDegree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Current license in Michigan as a Speech-Language Pathologist.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health care setting is preferred.Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and their treatment methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Proficient in conducting assessments and developing customized treatment plans.Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to speech therapy.Benefits401K Retirement PlanAbility to earn PTOMedical Benefits Available for all 30+ hourly employeesExcellent PayEmployee Appreciation programRewarding Work EnvironmentPaid General Orientation24/7 staffing support
