Litigation Associate

Offices: Los Angeles; New YorkOverview:Our client is seeking associates with 3–6 years of litigation experience to join its litigation practice. The team handles complex disputes across multiple industries, including business litigation, white collar defense, consumer protection, employment, entertainment, financial services, healthcare, intellectual property, patent matters, and privacy/data security.Key Responsibilities:Conduct legal research and analysisManage discovery and case preparationTake and defend depositionsInterview witnessesDraft pleadings, briefs, and motionsPrepare and argue motionsAssist with trial preparationCollaborate with attorneys across offices and practice areasQualifications:3–6 years of litigation experience (trial exposure preferred)Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilitiesExperience drafting motions and handling depositionsAbility to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skillsActive bar membership in the relevant jurisdictionJudicial clerkship experience is a plusApplication Requirements:Cover letterResumeLaw school transcriptWriting sample (2–3 pages authored solely by the applicant)About the Firm:Our client is a national professional services firm providing integrated legal and consulting services to clients ranging from emerging companies to Fortune 500 businesses across sectors such as healthcare, financial services, entertainment, technology, and real estate.
