Corporate Attorney M&A – M&A | Paying up to $300k | Big law work, boutique hours Los Angeles | Hybrid/FlexibleA highly regarded, entrepreneurial law firm is looking to add a Corporate Attorney to its growing Corporate/M&A team in California.This is an excellent opportunity for an associate seeking high-quality M&A work, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to work closely with experienced partners in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. The team is lean, giving associates genuine exposure to the full lifecycle of transactions rather than being limited to one piece of a deal.Highlights: • Opportunity to work on substantive, high-level M&A deals• Strong partner access and mentorship• Clear path for growth and progression• Entrepreneurial platform where associates can develop beyond their class year• Collaborative, team-oriented culture with real visibility and responsibility• Associates are encouraged to build commercial confidence and develop toward long-term successThe OpportunityYou will work on a broad range of M&A and general corporate matters, including:• Drafting and negotiating stock and asset purchase agreements• Preparing and revising ancillary acquisition documents• Drafting LLC agreements, shareholder agreements, NDAs, employment agreements, and corporate governance documents• Managing deal process and coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams• Supporting sophisticated transactions from initial drafting through closingWhat They’re Looking For• 2+’ experience in Corporate/M&A• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills• Experience handling transactional documents with a high level of accuracy and commercial awareness• Ability to work directly with clients and operate in a fast-paced environment• BigLaw or strong firm training preferred• California bar or ability to practice in CaliforniaCompensation & Benefits• Base salary: Up to $300k• Billable target: 1,800 hours• Business development budget $2,500 per year• Origination incentive structure 15%• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), disability and life insurance• Generous vacation and sick leave policyLocation / Flexibility• California• Hybrid schedule- ideal 2-3 days a week in the office, but can consider 1 day per week in office, or similar flexibility depending on meetings and team needsFor a confidential discussion or to apply directly, email or click below to submit your resume.
