Production & Finishing Technicians

Job DescriptionCardinal Staffing currently hiring for multiple roles for a publication facility in Versailles, KY! Current roles include Production and Finishing Technicians. The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced environment! Schedules include 1st (7AM to 3PM) or 2nd (3PM to 11PM). Overtime could be possible during the week or on the weekend. Starting pay$15/hour+ Duties/Responsibilities:• Load stock in pocket feeder during set up • Orders out jobs and confirms set up with Assistant Operator • Removes/adds loaders or tables • Assist on the end of the Binder • Maintains and sort end boards • Move up stock and back up skids • Assist on belt when trimmer goes down • A team player with great interpersonal skills • Other duties as assigned by management Basic Qualifications:• High School Diploma or GED • The ability to read and write English • The ability to communicate effectively both orally and verbally • Ability to perform basic math skills • Ability to interpret and utilize various units of measure and their conversions • Must be dependable, reliable and responsible in fulfilling obligations • Must work well with others • Must be flexible and open to change when needed • Able to follow instructions and make decisions • The ability to work to 12 hour shifts Preferred Qualifications:• High School Diploma or GED • Basic small packaging knowledge About Cardinal Staffing: At Cardinal Staffing, a Sure-Staff Company, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
