This role includes assisting with monitoring quality throughout press runs, setting up materials and machines, moving products, and aiding in quality checks.Responsibilities:Reading job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirementsMaking sure job and material is in order prior to machine set upsMoving and loading film in and out of pressAssist with wash-ups and keeping supplies availableFollow all safety and operational proceduresQualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or GED3 years previous experience in a manufacturing role is requiredPrevious experience with troubleshooting minor mechanical issuesComputer skills with basic data entry is requiredMust be able to train on 1st shift, 6:00am – 2:30pmPossess good manual skills, attention to detail, and able to read work-based instructionsAble to stand on feet the entire shiftAble to lift up to 50 poundsWilling to be trained to become an Assistant Press OperatorMust be able to pass a pre-employment screeningBenefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $19 per hour to startMedical, Vision, Dental availableFull-time Schedule with some OT401K and Referral Bonus PlanTraining & Growth opportunitiesYour Career Partner:The Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
