Project ManagerOklahoma City, OKWe are working with a growing commercial construction group in the Oklahoma City market that is looking to add a Project Manager to their team. This individual will play a key role in leading projects from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with field leadership and ownership.Position Overview:The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role is responsible for overall project performance including schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.Key Responsibilities:Partner with field leadership to develop and maintain project schedulesParticipate in preconstruction efforts including planning, logistics, and constructability reviewsManage subcontractor procurement and contract executionOversee project budgets, billing, and cost trackingReview and approve subcontractor and vendor invoicesManage change orders and update project cost forecastsMonitor job progress and lead regular project meetingsIdentify risks early and implement solutions to keep projects on trackEnsure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance throughout the projectSupport client relationships and overall project satisfactionQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projectsProven ability to deliver projects on time and within budgetStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with project management software such as Procore or Microsoft Project
