The Assistant Project Manager will support project execution by coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, expediting deliveries and materials, assisting with inspections, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.QualificationsExperience with Expediting and related logistics processesStrong Project Management skills, including scheduling and planningProficiency in Inspection practices and attention to detailKnowledge of Logistics Management to ensure timely delivery of materials and resourcesStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsComputer Literate, Excel, Word, Procore, BluebeamProficiency in project management tools and softwareUnderstand basic accounting in monthly billings, schedule of values, change ordersElectrical experience is preferred but not requiredSubmittals, RFIs, closeouts Graduates of Construction Management programs encouraged to apply
