CGP - Associate Financial Reporting Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $48.00 to $62.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities:Lead financial reporting processes from planning through execution with minimal supervision.Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial statements.Analyze financial data and prepare reports that comply with regulatory and internal standards.Support the development and refinement of reporting tools and templates for improved efficiency.Communicate findings and updates clearly to stakeholders across departments. Requirements:Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial reporting or a related finance role.Strong command of written and verbal communication in a professional setting.Proven ability to manage projects independently and drive them to completion.Familiarity with reporting standards and financial documentation practices.Experience in public accounting or the insurance sector is considered a plus.
